As our global footprint continues to grow, we’re looking to hire an Implementation Specialist who will focus on our sustainability software, UL360, to join our team in Europe.
What you’ll learn & achieve :
Serve as a subject matter expert of product implementation in one or more areas of our sustainable software solutions
Assess needs and requirements and advise client on best practice or common approach
Identify solution options based on requirements and specifications, and advise existing clients including e.g. report generation
Configure the system as per specifications / requirements using the system user interface
Provide system implementation handovers to our support teams
Liaise with Product Management for advanced configuration and development of systems
Work with technical teams to resolve system and configuration issues
Provide assistance maintaining and enhancing the implemented solution with the client
What makes you a great fit :
You'll have some great experience or proven keen interest in Sustainability (management & reporting, e.g. GHG, SASB, GRI, CDP) and / or Supply Chain
You will be fluent speaking English, an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills
A good background in a customer facing role with a private sector company
High level of numeracy
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Familiarity with web based applications and software implementation / configuration
Ability and / or interest in learning new software applications
Knowledge of relational databases or technical expertise is desirable (e.g. SQL, XML)
Fluency in other languages is highly desirable (e.g. French, German, Spanish, Chinese or Japanese)
