We are looking for a Director of Corporate Sales in Palma. Duties : Evaluation and development of current client portfolio to the tourist company Research and prospecting of clients to achieve tourist company goals closing best agreements, win-win Rates negotiation based on client potential / booking pattern / usage / history Evaluation of the company competition set.
Tracking of sales calls, calls, tentative & definite contracts and other relevant data in the company sales software. Work with and professionally interact with the affected department heads regarding Follow up and resolve any Corporate Sales client complaints with operational departments.
Ensure that all corporate contracts, billings, etc. are processed accurately through sites and company accounting processes.
Work with the Sales Managers and Coordinators to process all contracts in a timely manner, maintain client files to Sales standards.
Monthly review monthly with DOS the units and sites needs and to guarantee that goals expectation is feasible and will we met.

Understanding of sales contracts, and experience in rating and strategies and negotiations. Experience with SAP, and Word, Excel and additional management software knowledge will be an advantage.>
