Job Description

The SWE Compensation and Benefits Lead position is key for our team. You will be responsible to provide strategies of Compensation and Benefits contributing to attraction, retention and employees engagement, develop guidance to manage costs of people based on PepsiCo total rewards philosophy, optimizing business investments and set a competitive advantage for PepsiCo.

You will also manage programs of Compensation, Benefits and Wellness ensuring market competitiveness, business growth alignment and transformation in the 3 countries (Spain, Portugal and Italy).

Your Day To Day With Us :

  • C&B Processes : ensure the C&B processes implementation within the BU. Deliver AOP Salary tool for business AOP preparation, BU C&B Focal point management, MIP management, BU Salary Planning.
  • C&B Activities : build salary proposals ensuring internal equity, Job Evaluation L9 and below, Internal salary analysis, job pricings analysis, answer salary surveys and LTI management
  • HR Contribution : acts as a consultant on C&B topics, interacting on a regular basis with the HR Management and internal departments.
  • Support on Org Design : Along with the C&B Agenda the role is responsible to support the organization design providing information on HC evolution for the whole SWE Business.
  • Productivity Projects : Plays a critical role ensuring the correct exits tracking and coordinating the figures between HR, planning and control
  • Benefits management and analysis and improvement proposals
  • Wellness agenda management to keep the advanced level
  • Qualifications / Requirements

    What will you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters a plus.
  • At least 5 year’s work experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR functions
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Strategic initiative : ability to identify issues, develop recommendations, sell ideas, and implement the solution.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytic, problem-solving, great communications and influencing skills.
  • Team player & people management skills.
