Role Description :

The CRM Manager will ensure that our CRM and Digital platforms support the business needs of Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access and other back office business departments.

The main responsibility of this role is to shape and build current and future technical / functional CRM capabilities to support Janssen Spain business growth partnering with local and regional experts.

He / She will be crucial for supporting the organization to fully take advantage of the current CRM platform.

The CRM Manager as part of the CRM Team will work closely with Business Insight Managers, Multichannel Team and Platform Team to ensure alignment, harmonization and best practices, integrating digital and analytical solutions to solve business challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Be knowledgeable about pharma commercial, marketing, medical and market access business processes.
  • Deep knowledge about systems / platforms like Salesforce, Veeva, Qlikview, Qlik Sense and Master Data Management solutions.
  • Lead change management processes around CRM strategy, providing end-user training, preparing training materials, handling workshops, etc.
  • Work with EMEA Business and IT teams to localize regional and global solutions, facilitate the deployment of available solution(s) through elicitating gaps, bridging requirements to functional solution, documenting enhancements and coordinating configuration, administration and integration with deployed solution(s)
  • Oversee the program, be accountable for progress of work stream, ensure development work is done correctly as part of local / EMEA projects, coordinate product development execution and communicate to key business stakeholders
  • Ensure safety reporting requirements (timely AE / PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors.
  • Ensure HCC and legal requirements (Fair Market Value, Transfer of Value rules, Promotional Materials rules) are fully understood, appropriately managed and complied with when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors.
  • Ensure inspection readiness with respect to personal training compliance, and availability of recent CV and individualized Job Description.
  • Report all suspected adverse reactions, serious or non serious, I may be aware of within a maximum of 24 hours after being aware of it and communicate it to the Pharmacovigilance Department
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors or master degree (Engineering, Marketing, Business, etc.) with strong academic performance is required.
  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry, core business questions and related data sources.
  • Experience in CRM with 5+ years of experience working in a CRM Manager, CRM Project Manager or CRM Funcitonal / Technical Lead role (experience on international CRM roll-out is a plus).
  • Experience working with Master Data Management solutions is a plus.
  • Strong digital experience, business acumen and technical skills.
  • Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.

  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
