Leading forecasting activities related to all Surgical Portfolio in cluster Iberia : Strat. Plan, Lf1 & LF2, target and monthly forecasting.

Detects market trends through active field activity monitoring via BI teams & Tenders analysis. Alerts about new product entries to the market and monitors adoption, strengths & weaknesses in liaison with Medical Affairs & KOL.

Generates in depth analysis to detect root causes of sales deviation vs forecast / Tgt . Designs NPL entry strategies and maintains responsibilities on building the Affiliate Strategic Brand Plan in close collaboration with Regional Team, Med. Affairs, Market

Access. Develops initiatives to support larger adoption of key products including : Congresses, events, symposia. Advisory Boards / Users Meetings In close collaboration with Med.

Affairs. Branding initiatives, including adaptation of new campaigns. Post Sales / Value Added Services. Participates & advise FH on specific projects / initiatives including : Surgical Pricing, Segmentation & targeting, Marketing Communication (Printed, digital, internal / external).

Leads, Coordinates & supervise all marketing related efforts. Leads the HCP Education Iberia team.

Major Accountabilities :

Sales Forecasting : NY Budget defense preparation.

Strat.Plan, LF1, LF2 monthly forecast.

Deviation vs FC, PY, Tgt, LF2 via collaborating on MBR.

Business Animated Marketing : develop and coordinate new methods / tools to perform marketing research, trends.

Detection & improving targeting & segmentation.

Support salesforce call reporting analysis to get further insights on field activities, competitor strategies & opportunity capture via.

Envison CRM through close collaboration with leading surgeons, promote initiatives, aiming at leveraging on portfolio breadth to adapt brand positioning / differentiation according to specific customer needs by segment.

Design / Adapt &implement Global Marketing Campaigns to establish Brand Equity and fostering internal / external adoption & support.

Predict future business growth drivers, identifies early trends and make recommendations to capitalize on opportunities and minimize risks.

Leverage customer insights and emerging needs to create innovative business opportunities aligned with Medical and Market Access departments.

Drive innovative approaches to integrate marketing strategy and POA to all commercial departments of sales support (finance,legal, sales and technical services) in collaboration with Market Access / Sales Force.

Designs and develops commercial models for brands in the portfolio, including tender strategy, rebate programs, special offers.

Strategic Marketing : Assign budget to promotional initiatives associated to marketing mix including : branding elements, promotion through congresses, communication, field initiatives.

Marketing Drives long-term value through brand and portfolio strategy.

Drives marketing best practices across the organization through actively participating in NVS Marketing Forum , Agora Innovation , marketing training, leading assignments of sales team to marketing tasks.

Develops aggressive strategies to mitigate or build upon competitor offerings.

Leads development of innovative marketing practices, capabilities and best practices.

Develops synergies across brands and Alcon divisions.

Effective resource allocation across portfolio.

Provide inspirational leadership, motivation and communication to marketing team members.

Ensure appropriate level of talent acquisition and staffing.

Digital and social media : Ensure all content created online - offline is compliant with NVS AP3 processes and governance of digital media is followed.

Leads the HCP Education Iberia team.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor Life sciences or similar and Master Marketing

3 years Brand Manager experience

Sales management experience would be preferable.

People Management experience and Budget Management experience

High Marketing and Sales Skills

High level of Knowledge about MED Tech industry

Business acumen and Strategic Mindset

Fluent Spanish and English
