Your responsibilities

  • Gathering and prioritising key questions from product, design, engineering, and operation teams and developing hypotheses examining customers’ behaviours, needs, and attitudes.
  • Planning and conducting studies using a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative UX research methods, including surveys, interviews, diary studies and usability studies.
  • Working closely with your UX Research team in our offices in Berlin, Hamburg and Barcelona to create a global, shared understanding.
  • Identifying the why of what we observe, synthesising findings and utilising results from Usage Data and User Surveys. Communicating research results to the appropriate stakeholders in an engaging and actionable manner to amplify their impact on our products.
  • Evangelising tools and best practices to empower product managers, designers and developers to conduct research and mentoring or coaching other user researchers.
  • Your profile

    We’re open to seeing people with all sorts of experience, but you’ll need to have the following to reach the interview stage with us

  • 3+ years of experience in a UX research role.
  • Experience testing mobile apps and web products, we’ll need you to understand what it takes to deliver a highly local product in European markets.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
  • Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • We’ll need you to be comfortable planning, scoping, conducting, analysing and communicating research.
  • You’ll need the ability to think big and understand complex feature sets.
  • You’ll also need to be a strong storyteller and communicator, able to speak fluently and confidently to people at every level of our business.
