We are actively looking for a data analyst Key role and responsibilities : This role will focus on leveraging near real time data signals from advertising and audience response, for building machine / statistical learning models, and recommendation engines for application in marketing activation at scale, with a goal to improve both media and creative performance, as well as business outcomes for clients.
Leveraging your experience and expertise in Python or R, in working with large data sets for
Connecting disparate customer data, and response signals from cross-channel marketing for customer centric media and creative optimization by building recommendation engines for near real-time activation to various audiences, channels, and AdTech, Martech platforms.
Data Transformation and joining for end point analytics, reporting and visualization. Making sure data is connected according to dimensional architecture, existing or calculated dimensions.
Joining the right data into the right dimensions.
Leveraging analytics, and machine / statistical learning techniques for insights, optimization across media content and 3rd party, and 1st party data for increased return on marketing investment.
Automation of analytics workflows and industrialization / productization of analytics services for speed and scale in global application for Accenture clients.
Staging and testing before pushing new rules / dimensions live to production. Monitor and report on performance improvements etc.
Qualifications and Experience Required :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or a related field. Graduate degree is a plus.
SQL, and proficiency in at least one of R or Python and their packages for data manipulation, visualization, statistics, and machine / statistical learning is required.
2+ years' experience with performing hands on advanced statistical techniques to match disparate data, and some machine learning experience, using statistical computer languages (R, Python, etc.
to match, manipulate and prepare large data sets in cloud and big data environments.
Familiarity and experience with leveraging various cloud-based warehousing and technology architecture for merging, normalizing and transforming data from various sources and systems
Analytics and Optimization : Ability to leverage analytics tools like Alteryx for modeling and performing additional actionable analytics Familiarity with areas of data science such as multi-level modeling, machine learning (e.
g. methods for regularization, classification, and clustering.
Experience with version control workflows and tools (e.g. Git), databases (e.g. SQL), big data technologies and cloud computing environments (e.
g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.) is highly applicable for the role.
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.

Domain Expertise and familiarity with media / marketing data and metrics that matter
Familiarity with Bayesian estimation and software for Bayesian inference is preferred.
Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.
