As an Account Manager you will have to apply your extensive knowledge in strategy, planning and all media campaigns across all media channels.
In return the agency will offer training opportunities to support your professional development including coaching by senior leaders.
Building strong relationships with clients and other external partners is also an import part of this role.
How you’d spend your day :
Establishing a direct relationship with the client's marketing team, both with the global media team and the marketing team of the products of their responsibility
Developing an overall strategy as well as media rationales
Setting an optimal application of strategic lines
Coordinating global level of all the brand s series of products
Coordinating with the Planning Unit for the development and purchase of media campaigns
Estimating needs and characteristics required for the defined objectives
Monitoring and evaluating the objectives
Handling budgetary control of your brands and coordination / approval of billing
Suggesting proposals for improvement
Managing all market sources
Contacting the media
What we’re looking for :
Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, or Economics, or around 4-6 years of experience managing clients, meaning you will show a clear client orientation
At least 3 years of experience as a planner or manager, preferably in international accounts
Multimedia capacity, high media planning knowledge, with a focus on Digital environment
Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive
Strong strategist skills
Data-led thinking skills
Leadership and people management
Steadfastly pushes self and others for results
Open to new ideas and change
We think you’re awesome if you :
Are proficient in English (B2 or more)
Have good knowledge and use of media planning’ tools such as InstarAnalytics, TOM Micro / Galileo, DMP, Google Marketing Platform (GA360 & DV360), Business Manager de Facebook, Comscore, MOAT, IAS o Nielsen DAR.
Own previous experience as Account Manager in Media Agencies at least 2 years
