Provider Relation provides support to specific areas, handling day-to-day operations directly with health care providers.

Main tasks is to continuously support all types of providers( hospitals, clinics, doctors, pharmacies,dentists, etc.) all those who provide medical care to our customers.

Support includes but is not limited to managing day to day contact with providers, facilitating provider education and onboarding process and ensuring that providers escalations are resolved in a timely manner, and when required, support the Contract Negotiators and Leads in the provider contracting efforts.

  • Facilitate Provider Education sessions as needed, including but not limited to : Onboarding and overview of member recognition and eligibility processClaims submissionHow to use EnvoyPoints of contact
  • Emails management : checking e-mails and answer the most pressing questions of your key providers
  • Call management : Hold conference calls with Provider Negotiators, Regional Leads, the Clinical team and Operations about providers
  • Performs administrative tasks, including but not limited to : Problem solving in regards to agreementsHelp updating agreements
  • Update the provider data-base(PIMS)Add new providersEdit and update info of existing providersManage all related data( programs, contacts, etc.
  • Screening INBOXUpload new prices, especially for groups

  • Executes Cigna Envoy related tasks with providers ( activation, education, follow-up, consultation)
  • Procedures DPA (how to come to a DPA, documents, standard contract, provider information, follow up, reports)
  • Manage priority checklists to make sure deadlines are met
  • Co-operate internally with all business lines on escalations, financial reconciliations, provider data, quality assessments and support to Tenders / RFPs
  • Effectively communicates and interacts with other business units to provider resolution; e.g. Medical Management, CGHB Service Operations (NA, UK and Antwerp), Sales and Client Management (NA, UK, and Antwerp), and CGHB Strategy & Operations.
