Mission and responsibilities :
Openbank is looking for a driven, data- and results-oriented Customer Campaign Manager to join our Business Development Team
As a Customer Campaign Manager, you will participate in the increase of customer’s engagement and cross selling.
The main tasks of this position will be the following :
New promotions definition, execution (including communication plan) for Spain, Nederland, Germany and Portugal customers and monitoring.
Reporting elaboration and analysis for communication and business metrics.
Analysis of trends and tracking of competitors. New mechanics and rewards proposals.
Support for Customer Care department in the incidents management and proposal of process improvement to diminish contacts and improve customer experience.
Active participation in the strategic projects of Openbank.
Identifying and defining new opportunities to improve processes, commercial actions and customer communications.
This position works closely with individuals across the Business, IT, Compliance and Legal Teams.
To be successful in the role you must have
5 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or similar fields.
Customer communications calendar and Budget control.
Experience in Customer communication channels : email, push notifications, banners.
Experience with Adobe Campaign or a similar tool (Salesforce, etc.).
Experience working in Marketing, Business Development or CRM departments in tech or FMCG companies.
Having a good knowledge of banking sector or financial products will be a plus!
