Field Service Technician Mechanical

You spend most of your time on missions in Spain or abroad (Southern Europe) alone or as a team.
You are recognized for your expertise and act as a true ambassador to guarantee the Group’s quality of service and provide solutions to our customers.
You are attached to be a Field Service Technician Mechanical.
Mission
Lead the commissioning of facilities until they are accepted by the customer
Provide service contracts
Perform backups
Perform troubleshooting
Ensure regular reporting of your interventions
Know how to position oneself as a contact for our customers and adapt to different profiles (operators, maintenance manager..)
Ensure the successful conduct of construction sites
Generally be part of a quality approach and be actors of continuous improvement and contributors within the company (quality campaigns, quality tools, etc.)
You are a force of proposal to improve or optimize interventions.
Pro fi le
Bachelor’s degree Mechanic, Mechanic / Automation or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in working with international customers in an industrial environment (machine tools / special machines).
Packaging experience would be a plus
You have significant experience in a related or comparable role).
Experience in Rotary Die Cutters or Flexo Folder Gluers or equivalent would be a plus.
Knowledge and skills required
Good control of automation, electronic / computer systems and industrial networks (Siemens, Lenze)
Very high availability, very autonomous
Thoroughness and method, analytical skills
Ability to synthesize and reporting quality
Compliance with safety rules
Team player
Good Communicator
Sense of service, customer oriented
Fluent in English, a second language is a plus
Good knowledge of office automation tools
