Assure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle.Proactively detect possibilities of cross-selling and up-selling and establish new business possibilities in selected market areaRetain and grow the existing base of customersInterpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs.
Requirements : Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels and being in close contact with clientsAbility to provide full assistance to customers ( pricing & availability, parts identification, order status and proof of delivery)Team player with a great attitude and excellent set of social and communication skillsGerman native with excellent English level (spoken & written) is requirePrevious experience with analytical instrumentation sales is desirable Offer : Full time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)Salary : 21.
