Customer Service Specialist (Italian Market) / Hybrid

Job description

Are you passionate about B2B customer service and are looking for develop yourself as a professional? Do you speak native Italian and you would like to be part of an international company?

Do you like being the client’s primary point of contact? Become our new Customer Service Specialist

In this position you will :

  • Help our customers have the best customer experience
  • Tracking and retention.
  • Gather customer requirements and obtain order information.
  • Solve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Document issues and actions according to customer requirements. Collect, complete and enter information into the database.
  • Implement customer development strategies by taking care of the clients in initial guidance, technical support and training services.
  • Support the Controlling Department in the process of cancellation, cash collection and debt mediation.
  • Timely and precise preparation of all plans and reports and monitoring of customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    We do have a match if you bring the following :

  • Previous experience working in customer support (ideally B2B but not mandatory).
  • Clear and strong service to client / partner approach
  • Native Italian and good level of English or Spanish.
  • Resourceful and highly motivated, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Team player able to build good relationships across functions and collaborate to achieve shared goals.
  • High accuracy and attention to details standards
  • Experience with CRM , Salesforce will be a plus.
