Develop Philips presence on dedicated channel by managing Category management projects and in store personnel resources. You are responsible for :
Category management :
Makes recommendations to customers concerning optimal product combination and assortment, based on market trends and performance, shopper insights and category objectives.
Feeds category objectives and customer needs into Philips category's strategy and tactics, and aligns with Marketing and Sales teams.
Monitors and reviews the performance of category management projects and formulates recommendations to customers with the objective of growing the category within the customer and the market and ensuring that this translates into valuable growth for Philips.
Ensures planograms and signage can be operationally executed and maintained and is in close contact with field service to ensure proper in-store execution.
Develops local signage and fixtures and POS material in order to enhance shopper experience and conversion rates. Continuous contact with different suppliers in order to find the best way to make the communication in the point of sales.
Pursues opportunities for launching new category management projects (tactical / strategic / tendered).
In store personnel specialist :
Budget optimization; definition, and follow up of the resources in place.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Min of 3 years' experience in Sales or Trade shopper Mkt. Category management experience highly valued.
Understanding of shop floor
Analytical thinking and critical and out of the box thinking
Strong communication, public speaking
