To undertake administrational duties as directed.
To lead and own the service culture within site ensuring a fantastic customer journey for clients, colleagues and customers.
To support the Macro’s vision of customer satisfaction through regular customer dialogue and a fresh approach to customer service and engagement.
Your responsibilities will include :
Reporting to the facilities coordinator.
Facilitating and managing the delivery of specific FM and customer services within designated areas of HQ building in Central London.
Liaising with the FM team and other key stakeholders.
Managing day to day delivery of all services to ensure a faultless environment for our customers.
Providing facilities support to office floors.
Checking all office floors for faults / issues using the checklist and log all.
Following up all requests with FM24 helpdesk on a regular basis and ensuring tasks are closed down within the SLA.
Ensuring all stock is replenished and sent through on a weekly basis to the facilities coordinator
Assisting with events / meeting room set ups when required.
Being aware of all and any projects which are being undertaken within HQ which may have an impact on operational delivery, contract or client risk.
Ensuring full statutory and operational compliance is achieved in line with contract KPIs.
Ensuring compliance with Macro H&S processes and procedures, including internal and external audits.
Supporting clients internal and external health, safety and environmental audits.
Assisting the FM team in the management of all policies and procedures and supporting internal process management.
Actively participating and contributing to all team and management meetings.
Any other duties required as part of the role as and when requested.
Your experience, knowledge and skills need to include :
Previous working experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English / Spanish language, both written and spoken.
Ability to manage time effectively and manage conflicting priorities.
Strong commitment to delivering exemplary customer service.
Computer literate and able to use standard word processing and spread sheet software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a demanding office environment.
Good understanding of health and safety.
First aid and fire safety trained.
A qualification in related subject or equivalent knowledge / experience is preferred.
Professional memberships are an advantage but are not essential.
