We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Manager based in our Madrid offices!

The Senior Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for the accountant, sales development and growth of a list of Axis resellers and system integrators.

He / she works closely with the other sales functions to support the sales of Axis products and solutions within the designated territory.

As senior Inside Sales, the purpose of the role is to work not only with partners authorized (first entry level point) but also with partner with silver status.

He / she is accountable for the daily tasks and the results coming from the Inside Sales outbound activity, including sales campaigns and giving first level training.

He / she works with our Salesforce and CRM, registering data, following up all major national events, handling the lead queue within CRM and qualifying partners.


  • Grasp all the opportunity within the designated territory
  • Build, together with the Field Sales colleagues the business plan for the designated territory
  • Build and maintain fluid relations with potential and existing customers, resellers, integrators and partners
  • Encourage companies to enroll in Axis partner development programs
  • Recommend proper camera solutions and consistently monitor partners to determine eligibility and level changes
  • Work closely with Axis’s official Distributors to qualify new partner and to close the dealsRespond to consistent inbound activity ranging from general inquiries to closing deals
  • Filter and process sales leads
  • Outbound calls campaigns
  • Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Assistant the follow-up of all sales initiatives such as : leads queue, promotions, events leads, marketing activities
  • Regular reporting of his / her activity in the territory
  • Support territory analysis
  • Take on other related duties assigned by the National Sales Manager.
