Microsoft Customer Experience & Success is looking for a Customer Engineer (CE) to help Microsoft Premier Customers to deploy, secure and manage Windows 10 and other devices, guiding on how to best support them within their organizations.
The primary focus and responsibility will pertain helping clients with deployment & use of Microsoft’s platform technologies with specific emphasis in the following areas :
As a CE, you will provide specialized technical support and training, both onsite and remote. The ideal candidate must be customer obsessed, able to devise and implement action plans and to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
This position is based in Spain and intended to be on-site working with various customers, even working in a highly flexible and inclusive environment may require travelling up to 25% of the time.
