This position needs to hunt for new opportunities from a list of named account targets across all solutions (foundational solutions primary) in the mid-market segment.
This position identifies and aligns the most suitable value propositions, partner configurations, cost structures and revenue models for identified target markets to satisfy the needs of the client.
Sells the company's products, systems and / or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
Must close the sale on products, systems and / or services. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads.
Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and / or outbound sales activities. Requires application of in-depth technical knowledge of products, systems and services (may include contract documentation).
his role is not overlay to the field sales force, and these incumbents carry their own quota that is distinct from the field sales force.
Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested.

Develops basic opportunity prioritization plans based on a single criterion (e.g. revenue, probability to close0 to determine sales or growth strategies for target clients.
Sales Support : Provides customer service, including technical advice and guidance on all matters bearing on the successful use of complex products and services.
Helps customers to clarify their requirements; documents the conclusions reached, and contributes to preparing and supporting bids and sales proposals.
Selling : Plays a critical role and manages at least one or two steps of the sales process. Understands the concept of a solution and crafts a ROI-impactful solution with help.
Able to co-create solutions with IT buyers. Listens to client needs and matches individual solutions offerings to specifically articulated client issues.
Identifies main negotiating outcomes for each opportunity. Relies on help from managers and peers in order to finalise negotiations for complex opportunities.
Relies on help from other internal NTT team members in order to close deals. Shows skills in building agreement and managing conflict.
Brings in appropriate team on opportunities. Has limited understanding of the roles and responsibilities of team members outside of own role expectations.
Solution knowledge : Aligns value proposition to client needs. Understands technology trends and client impacts and is able to differentiate NTT offerings from the competition.
Applies use cases. Work Outputs Sales - Lead Generation : The primary responsibility of this position is to close all qualified sales leads provided by the Lead Generation Representatives.
The Inside Sales Development Representative is required to hunt for new business opportunities by using a list of named account targets across all solutions in the mid-market segment.
This position is required to ensure the sales quotas are met. He / she works with the Lead Generation Representatives (LGR) to maintain and expand a pipeline of early stage leads that for conversion from prospective leads to sales qualified leads.
They rely on help from managers and peers to better understand territory and market information.Sales process : This individual will appropriately manage time by reactively prioritizing opportunities based on urgency.
He / she needs to progress opportunities through the sales process by prioritizing plans based on one criteria to determine growth strategies for target clients.
They are able to manage at least one step in the sales process and are able to co-create solutions with the relevant buyers.
Align solutions : They ensure that the best NTT offerings and solutions are provided to satisfy the client's needs and will identify which NTT specialists to introduce to the sales pursuit.
Service and product knowledge is used by the Inside Sales Development Representative to provide clients with accurate service and product solution pricing and delivery information.
The solutions provided to clients by the Inside Sales Development Rep are recommendations and suggestions based on costing, availability or specifications available from NTT Ltd.
Close sales : The Inside Sales Development Representative will rely on managers and peers to negotiate complex deals. They close deals by working with internal NTT team members and building agreement with the client.
Data Management : They are responsible for effectively managing the client relationship and data by use of the sales tools provided by NTT Ltd.
They use software such as Salesforce.com to streamline the sales process and ensure efficiency and accuracy of information.
