Tasks & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include :
Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.
Advising the business on all people related matters.
Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.
Cascade and apply HR policy, E&C standards & national labour regulations towards the management.
Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives.
Support and encourage the development of all employees.
Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.
Lead HR Projects within the plant.
Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience :
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Labour Relations, HR...
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR.
Knowledge in Project Management would be valued as a plus.
High knowledge in Office Package.
Spanish and English must be negotiation level.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
