Candidate Profile :

  • Excellent written and spoken (English / German)
  • Ideally degree educated (without excluding equivalent qualifications).
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry as well as previous experience in client-facing roles ormarketing and direct sales rotes would be advantageous.
  • Posses excellent negotiation and customer retention skills.
  • Able to work independently, highly organised and results driven.
  • Posses valid driver's license and own vehicle.

    English or German or French or Norwegian or Swedish or Finnish or Dutch


  • Sales Plan : Analysing the Area to define targets.
  • Planning : preparing daily, weekly and monthly agendas and regularly compiling activityreports.
  • Prospecting : actively searching for potential customers (individuals, professionals andbusinesses) to generate sales opportunities.
  • Contact and interview : presenting our services and generating interest through differentchannels (by phone, e-mail, etc.)
  • Sales : recruitment & closure of new sales deals, cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Following up with loyal and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
