Content Manager / Community Manager


We are looking for a qualified Content Manager / Community Manager, with a background in the automotive industry and with a high level of English.

You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills and demonstrable high knowledge in social media and cars.

As a Content Manager / Community Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all social media content initiatives at all platforms, to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.


  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term social media targets

  • Community management
  • Collaborate and design site content, style and layout
  • Create and supervise engaging social media content
  • Reporting
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
  • Liaise with the social media team to ensure brand consistency
  • Optimize the social media content style
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
  • Develop an editorial and social media content calendar and ensure content team is on board
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
  • Requirements

  • 5 years of proven work experience as a Content Manager / Community Manager
  • Hands on experience with social media
  • Automotive industry experience
  • High level of English
  • Excellent writing and content skills
  • Good organization and time-management skills
  • BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Team player with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
