Position Description :

As a Public Web Inside Sales Representative for Lenovo, you will sell Lenovoproducts, services, and solutions to end user clients (Consumer and SmallBusiness) through inbound phone calls.

You will be responsible for closinginbound opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalog of Lenovoproducts and selling against the competition.

You will champion the innovativepower of our products by driving sales with customers to achieve revenue andprofitability objectives.

You will configure, price, and quote sales solutions as well as provide,proactive follow-up and product information via the telephone.

You understandLenovo’s portfolio of award-winning products and will develop strategies tohelp new and existing customers find and implement the best solutions.

Thisrole will cover a national territory.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Close incoming sales opportunities to ensure that short term goals, objectsand quotas are met
  • Assist customers with order placement, providing product information andadvice related to products and services that best suit the customers’ needs.
  • Follow up on leads generated from the Customer Service Team or otherdepartments.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to finalsale closure.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to up and cross sell products as percustomers’ requirements.
  • Complete call logs and reports where required.
  • Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients willfulfill their needs.
  • Offer a high level of service meeting our department key metrics for Sales,Quality and Productivity. Ability to overachieve on daily & monthly targets.
  • Liaise effectively with other internal departments and external businesses ina professional manner as required.

  • Recognize, document and escalate customer issues or trends followingappropriate communication and escalation channels where required.
  • Maintains product knowledge by attending training workshops, and keeping upto date on product material.
  • Position Requirements :

    Position Requirements :

  • At least a year of experience in a Telesales or similar role, preferably inIT sector
  • Fluent English, German or French or Dutch
  • Spanish and / or Italian language is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly rapport with customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mind, highly persuasive and highly motivated to make sales
