Business Development Lead Specialist

Responsibilities :

As a Digital HR sales team member in RSM you will have responsibility for revenue growth in a defined new business geographic territory and sales cross country by providing a consultative business focussed sales approach.into senior executive

You will :

  • Lead DHR Technology Services sales engagements with market insight and position NGA’s own and partner technology, consulting services and AMS offerings into Net New named accounts
  • Be responsible for achieving and exceeding outlined sales targets which will contribute to the aggressive, overall growth of this business.
  • These targets are Signings and Revenue focused

  • Be responsible for a multi-country territory working in close collaboration and partnering with the local sales teams in country
  • Contribute in the definition, the management and development of sales pipeline in ytour territory he different countriesof reference to accelerate NGA’s market penetration
  • Create and follow up sales leads, develop and maintain sales goals, strategies and individual objectives
  • Develop and maintain executive and senior management relationships in client organizations; and be viewed as a trusted advisor, lr.
  • eading the pVery closely collaborate with local Sales team to provide qualitative support in the preparation, presentation and closure of deals withinyourtheirterritory.

    Be viewed as a subject matter expert who will make the difference in the positioning of NGA’s new DHRdigitalofferings and solutions

  • Managing strategic and tactical sales driven SAP relationships to facilitate lead generation, key account mapping and joint sales pipeline growth
  • Work with local and global pre-sales teamexperts to design and / or select the right NGA offering for each individual prospect
  • Bring insight relating to your market to the Digital HR leadership Innovation team to further NGA’s unique market position
  • Work collaboratively with local BPO Sales Executives, Client Account Directors, and IT Customer Account Managers to upsell significant new deals into multi-tower offerings
  • Competencies :

  • Strong influencing skill spanning both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Multi language skills are key to gaining credibility and reliability with local customers
  • Demonstrate a multi-cultural open minded approach
  • Commercial knowledge in positioning the SFSF suite will be critical to your success
  • An ability to develop your own networks internally and externallyfor learning and business development purposes
  • An ability to take the lead in front of the client , pulling together the extended team in NGA to meet your definition of the clients requirement
  • A demonstrated track record of finding and closing new business
  • Education / Experience :

  • Minimum BA degree education or equivalent experience (required)
  • 4+ years demonstrated successful track record of selling technology and consulting services (Cloud experience requiredpreferred)
  • Proven field sales experience developing sales pipeline, territory mgmt. and closing new business
  • A demonstrated understanding of the HR Technology landscape, especially SuccessFactors and Workday.
  • An awareness of The Challenger Sale’ insight led sales methodology
  • Proven experience building relationships with C-level and senior level executives
  • Confidence to effectively profile and qualify in / out business opportunities
  • Individual drive to succeed, with the ability to work collaboratively within a customer centric account management environment.
  • Multi-country experience is a plus for this role
