Agile Program management of products with cross dependencies developed by outsourced teams, and acting as the company’s Head of Digital Technology
Supporting Brand Digital teams to align and agree on the strategies and technologies related to Digital Consumer Experience which include software architecture consultancy tasks
Department Strategy Contribution - Stay informed on new digital trends and technologies, identify new potential strategic partners and provide overall strategic expertise to ensure approaches and solutions correspond to business objectives and future needs
Outsourced project team management and supervision (Technical Project Managers, Team Leads, Software Architects, Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, Testers)
Desired Skills and Experience
Strong technical and project management background, with experience managing and owning multiple technical solutions and project / architecture plans simultaneously.
Experience in Project Delivery & Support models for large-scale web and mobile sites.
Experience in SCRUM and agile project management models and tools like Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Experience in Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce solutions such as hybris Commerce, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), etc.
Experience with Headless CMS systems (Contentful, Prismic) and traditional CMS systems (Drupal and / or Adobe AEM).
Experience in consumer retention and CRM solutions such as Adobe Campaign, Selligent, SmartFocus, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, etc.
Experience in consumer identity and access management solutions such as SAP CX Customer Data Cloud (GIGYA), OneLogin, SailPoint, etc.
Experience in consumer analytics and media solutions such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DMP, DoubleClick Bid Manager, DoubleClick Campaign Manager.
Experience in data management and visualization solutions such as Data Studio, Data Lake, Business Intelligence, etc.
Experience in social media relationship management solutions such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.
Experience working with digital agencies, software vendors, and consulting environments.
Understanding of marketing technologies and third-party applications and platforms.
Excellent communication, relationship management, presentation and writing skills.
Education : Computer engineering / Telecommunications / Multimedia University degree or equivalent experience required.
Master's degree from leading engineering or business school will be a plus.
Languages : English and Spanish full professional proficiency. French will be a plus.
