JOB PURPOSE
The candidate will learn about payment process in a multinational environment and is responsible for supporting the Cashiers / Payment team to ensure all payments for EMEA are made accurately and within the deadlines.
In addition, the candidate is also responsible for the timely resolution of issues with the banks and liaising with various departments as necessary to achieve this objective.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To provide administrative support to the Cashiers / Payment team in the day to day payments and to make sure it is done accurately and on time.
To ensure that all data is kept up to date and report and maintain standard business metrics
To learn complex standard processes and apply those to detailed level problem solving in order to correctly resolve the query to the satisfaction of the customer.
To support with any ad-hoc projects and duties as required
