We are now looking for a Packaging Coordination Manager who, based in the Headquerters in Barcelona and reporting to the Technical Corporate Director, will lead our Packaging team in order to assign and to plan the right resources to the different company Projects, ensuring efficiency and success according to GBfoods needs.

Role & Responsibilities :

To assign and to plan the right resources to the Projects, ensuring efficiency and success according to GBfoods needs.

To organize the packaging team in alignment to GBfoods strategy.

To provide and to guarantee the correspondent and efficient information flow between GBfoods stakeholders and ITENE team.

Accountable for the successful handover and implementation of the packaging sustainability action plan.

Requirements

5 to 10 years in a similar position

General knowledge in glass, corrugated, filter bags and rigid plastic (PET and PE bottles, PP cups, squeeze bottles).

Knowledge in sustainable packaging strategies and alternatives / packaging circular economy : 2030 European Goals, technical constraints, ecodesign, recyclability state of the art.

Excellent leadership and team working skills and good communicate ability.

Specific knowledge in the following packaging categories : bricks, tinplate and metal, cardboard and flexible.

Expertise in flexible structures : multilayer foils for long term products and retort pouches.
