This is a remote position and you can work from any region in Spain!
Assist customers through phone and / or chat about account management, billing issues, content and basic site and application navigation.
Provide account and application support to our clients, specifically with regards to software functionality and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings.
Give accurate and real-time responses to customers
Native level of Japanese
B1-B2 level of English
Experience using Windows Operating Systems
Familiarity with SaaS platforms
A positive and can-do attitude
Communicate effectively and professionally with others
Strong time management skills to ensure productivity
Part-time contract, from Monday to Sunday, from 12.00 am to 4.00 pm
Salary : 20.000-22.000€ gross / year
