Are you passionate about the latest technology? Then you have come to right place!IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.

As a Customer Service Agent your daily responsibilities will be : - Provide technical support to all workshops for the company's car department.

Give solutions to all problems regarding car appointments systems in the workshops.- Solve issues about non-recognition of a car in workshop, or no notification of customers' appointments.

What we offer you : - Job located in Barcelona city.- A full-time job of 39 hours per week.- Schedule : Monday to Sunday from 09 : 00 to 18 : 00h.

Salary : 18072'01? / year + Bonus Productivity (75? / month that is charged only after month 2)

Native level of Dutch- Advanced level of English (C1)- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona, have a NIE and a Social Security Number.
