As a Sr. Amazon DSP Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Italian and Spanish EAS sales organization and you will report to our Amazon DSP Head of Europe and use your 5+ years’ experience selling or building advertising solutions to grow revenue for the Amazon DSP and the teams we support internally and externally.

There are two core functions to the role. First, as part of the global Specialist team you will mentor Account Executives and support them in programmatic client conversations focused on Amazon DSP's offering.

Second, you will work with Seattle- and EU-based product teams to improve existing offerings and develop new products. As a proven self-

starter with strong interpersonal, relationship-building and analytical skills, you will play a key role in making the Amazon DSP the leader in the programmatic space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer-led sales strategies together with our Advertising teams at local and regional (EU) level including close collaboration with global Amazon Advertising Leadership teams.
  • Provide onboarding support and mentorship, education, continuous product usage consultation for Account Executives.
  • Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for client partnerships to influence product teams worldwide.
  • Help drive evolution of the platform into a client friendly tool via ongoing client feedback loop and close collaboration with cross functional Amazon teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English to support both Italy and Spain
  • 5 years digital ad sales or product management experience for an advertising technology company
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenue
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Talent at explaining complex topics in simple terms
  • Ability to lead, both formally and informally
  • 3+ years DSP / ad network sales experience
  • Strong background in Sales-, Product or Account Management roles
  • Experience selling nascent products and / or service
  • Experience working in eCommerce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
