Job summary

You will be part of a Global WFM team for a big Travel metasearch account, your main responsibilities will be to support with the WFM tool management centrally, support the sites and be the mediator between local and client requests, support with procedure contingency for existing and new sites.

Main responsibilities

  • Follow up of the WFM Cycle in the account
  • Participate to WFM projects
  • Coordinate local skilling adjustments with the client
  • Prepare reports for WFM relevant topics on regular and ad-hoc basis
  • Collects and extracts data from the systems (Client or Internal) and organizes the data structure.
  • Send reports periodically and punctually
  • Analyzes any generated report, to give associated alerts
  • WFM tool management centrally :
  • Administrates the WFM Tool (users rights and accesses)
  • Supports the users (technical and functional support, training support)
  • Participate in the tool upgrades and in its optimization and improvement
  • Does the administrative tasks related to the tool
  • Support with maintaining the procedure inventory
  • Competencies and professional background

  • Previous experience as an RTA or WFM specialist
  • Strong excel skills
  • Analytical skills and understanding of mathematics
  • Solutions and result oriented
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical
  • Good interpersonal skills and high self sufficiency
  • Proficiency in English language (C1-C2)
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools (TSQ, Aspect, Verint )
  • Team player, available and reliable
  • Process oriented
