CORPORATE JUNIOR INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
We are looking for a Junior Industrial Engineer to join our Corporate Engineering Direction.
The position will be in charge of supporting his / her colleagues in the Corporate Engineering Direction in different taks related to Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Equipment Engineering and other tasks related to the different Engineering Projects taking place in our company.
This positions is expected to progressively acquire more responsibility as long as the employee is getting more experienced with our business, process and products.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The position involves supporting the area in different Engineering fields, being primary focussed on :
Equipment Engineering (technical analysis of equipment, machinery or tools, for current machinery or new investments; coordination with Purchasing for technical specifications in Equipment tenders;
coordination with subcontractors and suppliers during the equipment manufacturing or installation...)
Product Engineering (analsys of customer specifications and drawings, support in the elaboration of BOM list; development and controlling of technical documentation...)
Process Engineering (production process analysis; continuous improvement initiatives implementation; Lean / TMP / FMEA studies...).
Official Training :
Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering Degree.
Specialization in Machinery or Industrial Facility Construction is highly valued
Additional Knowledge that will be highly valued :
Electrical knowledge (industrial electrical design and construction site installation)
Maintenance knowledge (preferable in Heavy Industry)
Machinery international standards and regulations
Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic technical analysis.
Product specifications analysis
Production processes analysis
Continuous improvement initiatives
Lean / TMP / FMEA or similar studies
Avanced level of English (daily use)
IT / Softwares :
AutoCAD & / or Solidworks knowledge / exprience is highly valued
SAP knowledge / experience is highly valued
Project Manager software knowledge / experience (e.g. Primavera or MS Project) is highly valued
PLM experience is highly valued
Experience between 1 to 3 years in Industrial Engineering, with responsibilities similar to those previously described.
Previous experience in a multinational environment will be highly valued.
Open to national / international travels (always under Company travel policy) that can vary depending on project but could be close to 60% in most demanding situations
