You will play a key role within the Electrification Smart Buildings sales team. Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, you will perform various product activities in support of the development, launch, maintenance, and profitability of KNX, Free Home and Welcome ranges in Spain.
This position is not graded yet as the country still hasn't gone through the phase 4 of Global Grading process.
Supporting the Residential and Commercial Sales and Marketing teams in the development process from project specification to launch.
Collaborating with internal teams (i.e. manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development, Supply Chain and Logistics) to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction, both before and after sales.
Assisting with the resolution of customer product issues which may involve visiting customer sites to gather feedback.
Identifying new product development or enhancements and creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Delivering new product training to internal teams and customers.
Preparing price lists and customer quotations for review and approval.
Preparing reports on market, product and competitor activities for presentation to the wider Sales and Marketing team.
Collaborating to define marketing plans and tools, while promoting Sales activities.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineer Engineering.
More than 2-3 years of experience in electrical or electronic installations / projects and onsite support, working as electrician / integrator with KNX.
Sound knowledge of LON and Bacnet protocols and the HVAC market.
Demonstrated experience in product and / or service marketing and sales strategy.
Current KNX Advanced Certification valid in Spain.
Knowledge and experience of IP network, SCADA, BMS, LUA / C commissioning.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
