For their office in the center of Barcelona, they are looking for new employees to reinforce their team.The Job.After receiving an intensive on boarding training you will hold various responsibilities : Manage effectively all incoming queries in a customer service environment (B2B) Providing service to the clients via phone, email and web Handling incoming requests and solving them Ensuring that service quality levels meet expectations
The Profile. You have a fluent level of French, Spanish and English (written / spoken) You have excellent communication skills Previous experience in a customer service related position is a plus but not obligatory You are friendly, motivated and open-
