The Role As a Senior Consultant for Veeva Systems CRM product, you will participate and lead in business process due diligence, design, creation and documentation of end user requirements of new and / or existing customer application implementation projects working with Pharma and Consumer Health organizations.
The selected candidate will assist in the on-time, high quality delivery of Veeva Systems solution implementations built on the salesforce.
com platform. The ability to travel domestically and abroad is required. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and one of the following languages : French, Italian.
The role can be based either in France or Spain.
What You'll Do
Project management (20% time), monitoring and tracking project status, budget and milestones :
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
Manage small to medium sized projects or significant portions of large complex projects, utilizing established project tools and methodologies, with minimal guidance.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and associated project documents.
Proactively address changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
Coordinate resources (team members, equipment and consultants) across multiple projects and departments.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Compile and report project status across the organization.
Partner with business and technology to manage delivery of business functionality.
Coach, train, mentor, and direct the work of less experienced team members.
Functional analysis (30% time), analyzing business processes, documenting customer requirements and designing functional and technical solutions :
Must have a proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as the subject matter expert
Technical analysis and advanced configuration (50%) of Salesforce.com platform and Veeva application :
Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
Experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Consumer Health, or Animal Health industry
Demonstrated years of Consulting Experience (ideally in Technology focused company)
Proven Salesforce.com or other CRM application knowledge
Strong presentation skills and experience are essential
Able to travel approximately 50%
Fluent in one of the following languages : French, Italian
