This is a new vacancy and part of our new One Panel team, an exciting initiative which is being set up to harmonise & standardise our panel offering across Consumer Panel, Media Measurement, Netquest & our relevant access panels
The Global Panel Engagement Lead will oversee the development of one face to our panelists i.e., a B2C brand and value proposition that can be introduced across multiple panels.
The Global Panel Engagement Lead will closely collaborate with local teams, technology and product to identify best practice around engagement and scale it.
The successful postholder will be responsible for partnering with our Marketing team to craft B2C style guide and roll out across numerous platforms with follow up definition as well as devising incentivization best practice and feedback activities
For our location in Barcelona, we are looking for an energetic and proactive person that strengthens our team.
As Engagement Lead , you will have the following key accountabilities :
Identify a common value proposition and brand positioning
Create a B2C brand strategy and style guide and organize implementation of this across portals, apps, surveys, comms
Identify and implement best practice on incentivization
Refine engagement toolbox and organize adoption across panels
Creating strong feedback loops with panellists & organize response to feedback
Create close relationships with Marketing / Branding teams & Design / User Experience
Design, test and iterate on all the above with a data and client centric driven mindset
Requirements
Now that we've introduced you to the position as Engagement Lead what skills, qualifications and experience should you have?
You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing and at least 5 years of experience in this field, ideally in a similar position.
You have experience of creating consumer value propositions.
You have excellent English communication
You have experience of branding / marketing to consumers.
You understand consumer research, panels, and communities.
You feel comfortable working in global teams (different locations) and in a matrix organization.
You have a proven track record of influencing others to achieve strategic goals.
