The Global Inventory Planning Analyst, reporting to the Global Demand & Inventory Planning Manager, will be responsible for creating a global inventory plan for a group of products of Grifols Diagnostics Division through the aggregation of regional inventory plans and the proper processes and metrics definition and implementation.
What your responsibilities will be :
You will implement inventory planning S&OP / IBP processes, tools, flows and templates; develop and establish architecture of global and regional inventory planning processes.
You will provide inventory planning visibility and metrics : running the monthly Global Inventory Planning cycle, preparing the outputs to other departments, monitoring root cause analysis and action plan implementation, etc.
You will establish and monitor critical inventory planning parameters by ensuring its alignment within regions, service level and production capacity.
You will maintain a monthly reporting process to give visibility to all stakeholders on their performance against the plan.
You will implement process improvements by partnering with other Grifols functions like finance, industrial, IT and the rest of Supply Chain.
You will aggregate Regional inventory plans by product and will share them with industrial for capacity constraints review and management.
Who you are :
Bachelor in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Inventory / Supply Planning functions and S&OP / IBP process implementation. Prior experience in Inventory planning software implementation.
Advanced level in Spanish and English (C1 Advanced).
Proficient knowledge of MS-Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with SAP. Knowledgeable of GMP and ISO is valuable.
Collaborative and able to work in a multinational environment.
Organization, planning and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Proactive, dynamic and flexible person.

Flexible schedule : Monday-Thursday 8-9 to 17-18h and Friday 8-15h.
