Selectionprocess to fill the post of Data Scientist for Marketing Team.
2-4 years of professional statistical modeling experience with solid knowledge of GLM, Machine Learning, and AI
Advanced proficiency with one or more statistical programming languages such as R, Phyton, ML azure or SAS
Mastering SQL language for extracting data and having knowledge of ETL processes.
Proven experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView )
Ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple assignments simultaneously, setting clear goals, and managing customer expectations
Advanced degree in fields of quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Analytics and other related fields with advanced coursework in statistics.

Job Purpose & Duties :
Collaborate in a cross-functional agile environment with teams such as data engineering and business teams.
Work directly with business stakeholders to convert business problems into quantitative questions with data-driven solution.
Identification of use cases for data science application.
Development of a new data model
Automation of recurring reports, programming and putting into production.
Propose improvements based on the previous knowledge and gain customer insights based on internal & external data.
