About the Team
Based in our HQ in Barcelona, you will be reporting into the Chief People Officer, together with two other HRBPs. The overall People team is made up of 14 other talented people spread across the People Operations, People Experience and Talent Acquisition pillars.

About the Role
You will be developing and delivering innovative people initiatives, driving organisational effectiveness and providing guidance about scaling effective teams, demonstrating a true passion for the teams they support, while being driven by a desire to influence through data.
What you’ll do :

you have proven previous, relevant experience : operating as the key HR contact for the leaders in your client groups, providing coaching and guidance across the employee lifecycle, including performance development and capability, employee engagement, employee relations, talent management, and succession planning.
Identifying learning opportunities and requirements for your teams, research and recommend solutions that support employee development & succession plansTaking the lead on key strategic People projects and working with the team to define, develop and deliver these projects in line with business objectivesProviding coaching, mentoring and assistance to other people team members to help them develop their people partnering capabilities
The idea of learning how to grow a company by solving internal customers’ problems excites you, and you are ready to roll up your sleeves to make that happen.
A clear knowledge of the ins and outs of your KPIs, always have the numbers at your fingertips and enjoy analyzing performance through data.
Strong ability at using MS Excel, Data visualization tools and data-informed tools.
You have great prioritization and focusing skills with attention to detail.
