What You Will Bring to the Team

Wizeline is hiring a Workplace Manager in our newest location in Barcelona, Spain. The right person will organize and coordinate all office operations in order to ensure organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and meticulously organized person who is able to handle a wide range of tasks while working independently and with little supervision.Â

Your Day-to-Day Activities

  • Ensure Wizeline’s culture and values are reflected in the management of our work environment
  • Manage all legal entity and office operations, creating and updating processes as needed
  • Achieve financial objectives by accurately reporting costs, managing budgets, and scheduling expenditures efficiently
  • Manage employee / guest hospitality and the organization of events and activities as needed, ensuring meeting logistics and food & beverage options are delivered effectivelyÂ
  • Oversee the management of leases and vendors while ensuring all compliance programs are met
  • Guide and support employee initiatives and company-sponsored programs that contribute to Wizeline’s culture and employee experience
  • Support People Operations (HR) activity including recruiting support, employee records and documentation management, visa / immigration processing, on-boarding new employees, pay management, and legal compliance
  • Collaborate and communicate globally with key stakeholders in different departments (Facilities, Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Academy, etc.
  • and with a proactive and ownership mindset

  • People Operations & Talent Acquisition : You are responsible for ensuring that employee pay and benefits are administered effectively.
  • You provide recruitment support as and when needed.

  • Financial Skills : You are responsible for keeping a budget, recognizing inefficiencies, and improving processes.
  • Professionalism & Multi-tasking Ability : You are a role model for the company culture, upholding high levels of integrity with regard to data and coworker interactions.
  • You are able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining your cool at all times.

    The Workplace Manager in Barcelona must be a Spanish citizen or is already registered in the security system of Spain.
