Our incredibly multicultural and friendly team has proven itself as a major player in the mobile advertising landscape. To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, our Mobile App Promotion business unit is looking for a Business Development Intern.
This is a 6-month full-time internship with the real possibility to become an employee afterwards subject to performance and results.
Your mission :
The purpose behind the internship will be to recruit, manage and qualify Publishers (mobile traffic suppliers) to leverage the quality of conversions delivered to our clients while reaching the Company's revenue and profit goals.
Your tasks and responsibilities :
Prospect and build a pipeline of Publishers such as Media Buyers, SDK companies, Mobile App developers or Direct Apps
Meet revenue and profit objectives by creating and managing your own Publishers'™ portfolio
Participate in online forums and social networks relevant to our industry
Maintain daily communication with your Publishers via phone call, Skype and email to learn about their traffic
Daily optimization and management of CPI campaigns through our in-house platform in order to create whitelisting of traffic sources
Manage the quality of traffic and sales across the Publisher base, whilst flagging and resolving any issues
Analyze your Publisher's performance and traffic by building Excel reports
Highlight key learnings from the reports above and translate these into concrete and actionable recommendations for future projects
Work closely with the teams to ensure an effective and efficient implementation of the projects
Skills and requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Digital Marketing or similar
Availability to start immediately is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken is mandatory
Familiarity with the digital advertising industry is preferred
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management
Proactivity with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to build and maintain long-term relationships
Good command of Microsoft Excel
Analytical mind with easiness for statistics and calculations
