PagoNxt is looking for a RELATIONSHIP BUSINESS MANAGER, based in our LONDON office.

  • This role will be part of our Trade Solutions team, responsible for delivering fast, efficient trade & supply chain finance, FX management, and trade support services, both for corporates and SMEs.

    As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the relationship with Santander UK, covering the critical outsource of payment processing to the Payments Hub, including P&L and service quality.

    This relationship will cover 1 billion plus annual payments and will be single largest source of income for the payment hub.

    We need someone like you to help us in different fronts :

  • Lead relationship with single largest customer of the Payments Hub, covering strategic critical outsourcing of payment processing.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, looking at E2E service quality and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Delivery of additional business opportunities.
  • Ownership of key stakeholder relationships within Santander UK and Group companies.
  • Ensuring risk policies adhered to in the context of a critical outsourcing arrangement.
  • Commercial ownership and optimisation of the P / L for the singkle largest income source for the Payments Hub.
  • Closure and delivery of the outsourcing agreement .
  • Qualifications



  • 10-20yearsin senior roles in technology, software contract management and / or payments.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a must.
  • Required

  • University degree
  • Desirable

  • MBA will be a plus

  • High level of English and Spanish will be a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of UK payments environment.
  • Contract management.
  • Technology fluency.
