We are welcoming applications for an additional Business Service Manager to join the Business Service Team.
In this role you will be responsible of managing your own projects, and to work cross functionally supporting other project teams in implementing new ways of working.
As a Business Service Manager, you will identify opportunities for business improvements. As part of the management team of the unit, you will manage your own projects and design, document and implement new solutions that bring efficiencies in our everyday work.
You will work with third parties and other functions within IKEA to deliver on your projects, and ensure post implementation reviews are carried out to measure the effectiveness and accuracy of expected results.
You will be responsable of leading and developing a high performance team focused on Digitalization & Process Improvement
You have a logical approach to problem solving, and be able to map’ solutions in a given format.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often working to tight deadlines.
You are able to find solutions for our customers through continuous improvement of processes & technical solutions
