Danish Technical Agent - Full training and a competitive salary.

We’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic Technical Agents to provide the very best remote service to our Danish speaking customers.

The Role

  • You’ll work to resolve any problems or security issues for our customers.
  • You will perform remote troubleshooting and problem-solving on Windows, OSX, iOS, and Android devices.
  • You will give security and performance diagnosis and implement improvements for the customer.
  • You’ll ensure customers receive the best service and you will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You will take part in ongoing training to ensure your knowledge and skills are up to date for new IoT devices and other IT products.

  • Requirements

  • Any previous IT training or experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and friendly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanour with customers.
