For the past years, we have been working as IT Program and Project Portfolio Executive Managers (PPMO, Executive PgMO / PMO) for different leading international customers in the industrial and food industry sectors.
The customers are based in the Barcelona area (Spain) with offices and subsidiaries in more than 40 countries worldwide.
We are therefore looking for various experienced IT Program Manager based in Barcelona area (Spain), specialized in international Business programs (web applications deployment worlwide, B2B, PIM...).
Main tasks :
Overall program and projects responsibility. Usually managing multi-year programs, with project members and stakeholders belonging to different areas in an international matrix organization : logistic, manufacturing, retail, HR, purchasing, IT, ).
Reporting line direct to the customer EMEA PMO Head located in Barcelona area, and having strong interaction with the different business key users, and process owners.
Management of assigned projects including their planning, monitoring, and reporting, based on the PMBok (PMI) as standard PM methodology combined with Scrum / Agile subprojects, and using company's specific processes & tools.
Definition of Scope, Deliverables, Risks, Resources and Budget for his projects following the Company IT strategy and needs.
Become part of the PMO team enforcing the project management methodology and project culture inside the organization. Drive the execution of IT digitalization projects and programs, on a strong international basis.
Work closely and effectively with Core Business, support and IT departments and staff, processes-team, business stakeholders and 3rd parties.
Focused in Strategic and transformation projects.
Additional supervision, support and coaching of customer employees on best practices of Project Management and integration.
The travels are strongly limited due to the COVID situation and the new Company policies.
Total Fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish mid-level is needed. Interview will be done partially in English and Spanish.
BS / BA Degree in Computer Science, or Telecommunications is mandatory.
More than 10 years leading international 6-24 months IT projects, with hands on experience in web applications and deployments.
More than 15 years working on these types of projects.
PMP (PMI), PRICE2, and / or PM2 certifications are mandatory,
ACP or scrum master certifications are highly valuable,
ITIL experience and certification also appreciated.
Master in Business Administration and Project Management is preferred.
Previous experience in projects in the industrial or food sector will be valued : B2B, B2C, PIM, CMS, Web development and deployment,..
Strong Communication, presentation and leadership skills, experience in relationship with C-level management.
