  • What is your mission?

    Reporting to our Finance Manager, Katie, you will be a key member of the shared service team and you will support the management of accounting procedures and the expansion of the local Finance function in Barcelona as well as our sister operation in Bucharest.

    This is the perfect all-around Finance role, a bit of everything.

    Your performance will be measured on how well you :

  • Manage all accounting aspects for the Spanish entity including AP / AR, bank and intercompany reconciliations, general ledger, etc
  • Manage the monthly payroll process. Collating amendments, liaising with Operations teams and outsourced payroll provider, reconciling and preparing payroll journals.
  • Accurate month-end closing for both Barcelona and Bucharest in line with local GAAP and IFRS.
  • Accurate month-end reporting, both local and international, managing tight reporting deadlines to our HQ in Singapore
  • Variance and profitability analysis across all client campaigns and cost centers
  • Managing the relationship with outsourced accountants in Bucharest for both accounting and payroll
  • Support Finance Manager in creating departmental budgets for input into the company budget
  • Support Finance Manager in Annual Accounts preparation and Audit.
  • Treasury responsibility including forecasting and reporting to HQ
  • Streamlining processes in both markets and creating a strong control environment from which to be ready to grow.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization, and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A competent all-round Senior Accountant looking to take on more responsibility and the next step in your career
  • Fantastic accounting skills with excellent MS Excel skills
  • Some knowledge of Holded Accounting Software would be an advantage
  • A natural self-starter, hardworking, and with bags of initiative.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as to set priorities of own tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in performing detailed, accurate, and trustworthy reports, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of quality terms, tools, and methodologies
  • Transparency, flexibility, ability to diagnose, communicate and solve any issues that come up
  • Excellent organizational and time management, while working in a fast-moving environment
  • Candidate must possess a valid European passport / Working permit
