Fox Head Europe is recruiting for the position of B2C Customer Assistant for the European websites of FOXRACING.COM

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

Deal with customer and sales queries quickly and effectively : manage incidents via phone and email maintaining

profitable customer relationships

Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping companies

Ensure smooth workflow for any operational order step (refusals, returns, damages, etc.)

Willing to go the extra mile to exceed customers' expectation

Proactive in sharing ideas to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Active team member, open to multi-tasking, always ready to support and contribute to the evolution of a fast-growing

department

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

Previous B2C customer service experience is mandatory

Advanced knowledge of MS office (excel)

Experienced on Zendesk platform.

Experienced on back-office Operations system : SAP and Salesforce Cloud Commerce (Demandware) is a real plus

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES :

GERMAN as a native language & strong verbal and written communication skills in English. A third language is a real

plus (Spanish, French or Italian)

Proactive, problem-solver

Empathic and Service minded

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
