Act as the liaison between our potential clients and sales / account management team.

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.

You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable sourcing new sales opportunities, cold calling potential clients, generating interest and qualifying prospects for meetings for sales executives and managers in the new business sales team.


  • Cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria
  • On a daily basis, track prospects, identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM
  • Generate interest and create needs with potential clients
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Completes lead follow-up within assigned area of responsibility.
  • Informs customers of company events, products and upgrades; may persuade customer to purchase extended products, services, supplies
  • Create Leads and organizes field or Demo center visits
  • Exhibits knowledge of the company portfolio of products or capacity to learn and utilize product resources to meet job requirements.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds metrics related to outbound calls, open pipeline opportunities, and closed won revenue set by segment management.
  • Establishes professional working relationships with the Sales / account manager in order to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Conditions

  • Full-time (39 hours / week) long term contract
  • Monday to Friday 09 : 00 -18 : 00
  • Salary : 18000€ gross / year + 3000€ bonus gross / year

  • Proven experience working in sales ideally within business development.
  • High level of communication to effectively negotiate and influence
  • The tenacity, resilience and creative thinking to identify and secure new business
  • You want to produce tangible results, proven experience working with and exceeding targets
  • You are engaging, enjoy problem solving and can prioritize and work autonomously
  • Team player
  • Native French + Fluent English
