Your role As the IT Operations & Service Manager your main responsibilities will involve
You willtake a key role in insurance digital transformation and bring customer satisfactionto next level in a Digital world.
Maintain the operational integrity of the technologies and services byperformance monitoring, tracking, and coordination of IT Operations aligned with the CTO
Manage the Operations team in routine system operations, maintenance, anddiagnostic tests to identify and isolate service faults by performing thefollowing main duties :
Monitor service delivery performance metrics and liaise with managers andcustomers to ensure that service level agreements are maintained.
Responsible for using Ticketing platform for the development of incidentmanagement plans, communication plans, emergency system outage notifications,and deployment and implementation of continuity of operations plans.
Investigate operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributingto the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-
automated componentsof new or changed processes and organization.
Accountable jointly with the CTO for ensuring full regulatory complianceand legal requirements Identification of any potential risk issues from IT andnon IT.
Support input for financial management within service offering (costcontrol, negotiations, purchasing)
Responsible for the OTS Incident and Problem Management processes bydocumenting, citing, and relating incidents and incident trends to avoid futureservice interruptions.
Your Skills and Experience As the IT Operations & Service Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include :
Successful track record in delivering digital solutions in complexenvironments
handling IT support escalations and providing white-glove support inprevious roles.
Experience developing, maintaining, and forecasting IT budgets and softwarespend analysis
Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbalcommunication skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must, any additionallanguages is a strong plus
Primarywork location is a start-up accelerator environment in Barcelona. Someinternational travel is expected in this role, mainly within Europe.
