Responsible for creation of connected experiences, and agile frameworks to test & learn MVPs, prototypes & small scale pilots with key markets & channels.
Support digital transformation agenda internally by working across Bus on related key projects to inject a digital product and user experience mindset and practice, and offer perspective on emerging needs and trends.
This is a maternity cover role with a contract from February till November 2021.
Manage user experience across digital products to drive best practice and synergies, partnering with key business stakeholders and partners to develop sector-wide solutions
Support investigation and evaluation process of identified opportunities to enable an objective review of the opportunity to ensure the organization focuses on the most impactful and beneficial options during feature prioritization
Articulate and sozialize future state customer experience through digital solution roadmaps, diagrams, service blueprints and other primary experience mapping deliverables
Define digital experience goals & metrics and help broader team utilize insights to inform data driven decision making
Support Digital Solutions team in building roadmaps and implementation plans, aligning functionality and business requirements with user need
Codify all systems, methods, templates, wireframes, tools etc. to enable all markets to re-use & deploy a common approach
Serve as the lead for user experience best practice and implementation across Commercial digital topics in Europe; help cross functional teams utilize design thinking to drive timely decisions, conflict resolution and incremental value to customer
Embed and steward innovation into digital eco-system, includes projects and initiatives for
New engagement platforms Voice Assistants, Messenger / ChatBots, AR / VR, Connected Retail solutions etc
Workflow tools to better manage content creation & projects
Knowledge bases central repositories for content and best practice sharing
CMS / Content Management continue to roll-out existing platforms and update as new requirements arise
Insights tools to unify several data sources, unlocking automated reporting and predictive modeling
User testing and usability labs when appropriate
Work with an expert team across agency / 3rd partners, IT & procurement to maintain consistent quality and security levels
Continually monitor, evaluate & recommend new technology solutions and platforms for the business keeping all relevant parties up to date with latest developments, and propose opportunities to key stakeholders

Skilled navigator of complex matrix organisation, experienced in creating alignment and buy-in across roles
Must be passionate self-starter with expert knowledge of user experience, information architecture, usability, accessibility & design.
Consulting experience proven ability to shape and manage projects when deployed in a new context, flexing and advising appropriately
Experience working with and / or building digital platforms and tools
Technically aware - this is not an IT role, but there is a focus on using technology to maximize user experience, so candidates must have worked closely with the technological side of digital and emerging trends
Data savvy experience of identifying & influencing a consumer across channels based on behaviour
Commercial - demonstrate that they value commercial results with examples of ROI delivery
Innovative creative strategist who is comfortable challenging status quo, brings creativity to problem-solving through the use of innovative frameworks and technological solutions
