Essential Responsibilities :

This role will report directly to the Global Director of Pricing and Profit Initiatives based in the US and have responsibility for Spain.

This role will provide cross-functional support to develop & execute on the pricing strategy for all products lines using pricing optimization and strategic price list setting using best in class cloud software.

Define key pricing policies & strategies including the development of optimized customer prices for products across various product lines.

Facilitate pricing programs by working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leaders across the organization. Perform data analysis to support ad hoc pricing and profitability projects focused on increasing overall company profitability.

Job Duties :

  • Developing ADI’s strategic pricing strategy
  • Provide negotiated pricing recommendations
  • Monitor competitive and marketplace changes and adjust pricing accordingly to capture and maintain maximum value.
  • Ensure price changes are effectively implemented, communicated & monitored to ensure they are optimized.
  • Develop and drive the analytical solutions to improve pricing, profit and other strategic initiatives within the company.
  • Communicate and persuade senior leadership on analytical approaches, execution risks / opportunities and execution implementation.
  • Create and automate diagnostic reporting to understand drivers to daily, weekly, monthly trends and root cause analysis.
  • Develop new data feeds that expand overall visibility into internal and external drivers of profitability.
  • Create monthly / quarterly financial reporting metrics to track margin improvement from current plans being executed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business on all pricing and profit related matters
  • Apply sound financial discipline to all company operations in order to enhance profitability
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Senior Leadership to ensure on time delivery of activities
  • YOU MUST HAVE :

  • Similar experience in the Pricing, Analytical or Strategical Function coming from a finance analytical or marketing background in a multi brand environment
  • In depth knowledge of analytical pricing tools, financial pricing modelling, life cycle price management, pricing reporting and data analysis
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to not only identify opportunities but ensure they are realise
  • WE VALUE :
